应用红外线治疗慢性乙型肝炎的研究进展

辐射上调GRd活性，对抗肝细胞的氧化还原损伤；低强度激光红外线辐射可以调整肝细胞脂质LPO/AOS系统生理平衡，通过肝细胞膜性结构介导，在病理LPO/ASO系统非平衡状态（脂质过氧化状态）下，对肝细胞和抗氧化损伤作用非常显著，而自由基损害及脂质过氧化肝损害的作用在慢性肝炎向肝硬化发展的过程有着很大的相关性，因此推测红外线可以影响慢性乙型肝炎向肝硬化的进展；将红外线与其它装置组合起来，作用于受损肝脏，为受损肝脏的恢复提供了良好条件。近红外线治疗对慢性乙型肝炎患者免疫功能有一定调节作用，可改善肝炎患者的凝血功能并增强血小板的功能，改善慢性乙型肝炎和肝炎肝硬化患者症状和体征，促进肝功能恢复。其作为辅疗手段，操作简单，使用方便，能缩短患者住院时间，减轻患者症状，提高生活质量，属无创性治疗，患者依从性强，建议对其生物学机理作深入研究，进一步扩大临床研究。
